Ready Scotland is a source of information on helping the community, volunteering and support. 

The National Food Service provide information on helping others safely during the Covid 19 emergency, available at their website  See here for some advice on providing assistance with shopping. 

Covid-19 Mutual Aid UK is another sources of information and advice for local community efforts - . 

See here for an open letter from a number of Christian charities, written to to the First Minister of Scotland on 17th April, to offer their support at this time of national difficulty, to thank the government for what it is doing, and to explain what charities and the church are currently doing and can continue to in ‘loving our neighbour’.
