New to Church?
Welcome! Whether you've just moved to the area, or have lived here all your life - we hope the website helps you find out what you want to know about St Thomas' Church.
Key info about the church...
When & where does the church meet?
We meet in the church building at 79 Glasgow Road in Corstorphine, Edinburgh EH12 8LJ every Sunday at 10.30am.
You can see a map on our contact us page. Limited street parking is available and there is also a public car park to the rear of the church.
You can expect a warm welcome, lively worship, biblical preaching and friendly folk gathering to learn more about God.
Prayer is available at the front of the church at the end of each service. We share Communion on the first and third Sundays each month.
We enjoy a chat after each service over tea, coffee and biscuits and welcome you to join us.
We also have a number of different groups that you can join, if you want to know more about some of the groups you can join click here.
What happens to the kids at church?
Services usually include the children for the first 20 minutes or so, after which they leave for their age related groups. We run four groups: Creche (0-3 years), Climbers (nursery to P2), Explorers (P3 to P6) and Pathfinders (P7 to S3). . There is a lively children’s and youth community at St Thomas’ led by a dedicated team of volunteers, currently we are looking to appoint a family and children’s worker to oversee this work.
